This is a great recipe to play around with. Thank you so much for sharing. Few changes: I added soy protein powder instead of the all purpose flour to make it more protein healthy. Used 2 egg whites and omitted the yolk. Added 1/2 cup mini dark choc chips, 1/2 cup flax seed, 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup raisins. reduced the sugar to 1/4th cup but was still a little on the sweeter side for me. Will reduce that the next time. Also, I baked it for 25 mins and the bars were more on the crunchy side than chewy. May cut down the baking time next time. Overall a great great recipe! Thanks :) Update: These are still super and I make them so often. I reduced the oil to 1/4 cup and add 1/4-1/2 cup of apple sauce and bake only for 18 mins. They are chewy, almost cake-like. We love them. Thank you once again :)
