Oct 2020. Fantastic! Made this for my birthday. I love pumpkin and cheesecake and together is a great match! Bonus is how easy this is with minimal cleanup. I did use a store-bought crust so only one bowl to wash. I used "pumpkin pie spice" instead of the spices in the recipe, which is really the same thing, probably a couple tablespoons. I just tasted the pumpkin mixture until it had enough spice for me. I tend to cut back on sugar in recipes, I don't like things too too sweet, but in this case I decided to just follow the recipe and the sweetness was perfect. Didn't measure the pecans, just dumped a bunch in there and some for the top. The only mistake I made was cutting the pie in 6 slices, just habit. This is very rich and next time 8 slices make for a much better serving size. Not that I had any problem eating 1/6 of this pie in a sitting lol. Delicious.
